The current Knowledge Base article warns you that you will not be able to create two messages with the same rules.



Solution

Don't try to create the same message twice with the same characteristics.


This is an example of what happens when you try to create an automatic notification twice:



You can create the same message but you will have to modify the time with which you want to send it, that way if you can save the message
