Solution

Don't try to create the same message twice with the same characteristics.

While it's possible to create the same message, please note that you'll need to adjust the scheduled time for each one to ensure uniqueness. This way, you can save the message with modified timing. Kindly consider this when setting up your messages to avoid any duplication conflicts.
