The message automatization tool of TourOpp GO includes a multilingual feature that automatically translates the text to match the language of the customer's dialing code. However, there are some words or phrases that you may want to keep in your native language like your company name. To avoid the translator from acting on certain portions of the message select the text and apply the option "monospace". on the text editing area.



{Monospace Option}


Be aware that the use of non-translation using the "monospace" Option will hightlight the text in gray, that show us that the text will not be translated.



    Example: The formatted text Thanks for trusting in {TourOpp GO!} translates to Gracias por confiar en TourOpp GO! in Spanish. As you can see, the text TourOpp GO! has not been translated..
