You can make use of the current Knowledge Base article to create a message to ask your customers to evaluate their experience during the tour.


Solution

1. Go to https://app.touropp.com/login and log in with your credentials.



2. Click on the "Automated Message" option on the main menu:


3. Click on the "New Automated Message" option:



4. The following window will appear. Fill in the fields with the following information:

  1. Title: It refers to the name of the notification template. Use a descriptive name like.
  2. Type: Select message
  3. Command: It refers to the intention the message has. Select @review
  4. Moment: It refers to when you want to send the automated message: Before, After, or During the activity. As it is a Request Review, it should be sent After the Activity is done.
  5. Time: Select the amount of time you want for your message to be sent after the activity.
  6. In the blank space, write down what you want to say in your Request Review message. For example, you can ask your client to rate the experience from 1 to 5 (5 being "Excellent" and 1 being "terrible").



5. Then, click on the SAVE button.

6. The new template entry will be listed in the Automated Messages List. You can edit this message by clicking on the pencil button or customize it by clicking on the plus button to add it to a Product.



If your clients gave you a positive review (rated 4 or 5) you can create a message to ask your customers to review their experience on more than one review site (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor):
