The current Knowledge Base article details the process to review how many customers agreed to use the service and how many customers did not agree to use the service
Solution
You can check how review statistics for the last 30 days.
1. Click on the Dashboard button on the main menu.
2. On the next screen on the right left, you will see the information of the last 30 days:
- Number of new bookings
- Number of canceled bookings
- Number of customers who agreed to use the service
- Number of customers who did not agree to use the service
You can also search for the period you want by filtering at the top of the dashboard screen in the URL:
