The current Knowledge Base article details the process to review the ratings that the client sends when they respond to the message with the internal review.



Solution

You can check how many clients rated your tour or activity with 1,2,3,4 or 5 *


1.  Click on the Dashboard button on the main menu.



2. On the next screen on the left side, you will see the information of the last 30 days:

  • The rating provided by the customer (1 to 5 *)
  • The number of people who gave that rating
  • The percentage of the total bookings that gave this rating



You can also search for the period you want by filtering at the top
