The current Knowledge Base article details the process to correct formatting mistakes in messages


Solution

It is possible that sometimes you will see formatting mistakes in the conversations with your clients, 

you can check and correct this.


This is an example of an error that could occur:

This error usually occurs when there is a space in the text where it shouldn't go. 

To correct this you must: 


 1. Check in the first message of the conversation what product it is about


2.  Go to edit the message, in this case, it is one of the chatbot's template messages, so no need to edit product settings but if the product has personalized messages, the process is the same and you must edit the message of that specific product.


If you look carefully there is a space between the letter x and the semicolon sign that should not go that is what generates the mistake.


3. Delete the space and click on SAVE and the error will be corrected
