If your clients gave you a positive review (rated 4 or 5) and you want to create a message to ask your customers to review their experience on more than one review site (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor):
1. Go to https://app.touropp.com/login and log in with your credentials.
2. Click on the "Chatbot" option on the main menu:
3. Click on the "New Chatbot Response" option:
4. The following window will appear. Fill in the fields with the following information:
- Title: It refers to the name of the notification template. Use a descriptive name like Review Positive
- Intent: @review
- Follow Up: @review_yes
- In the blank space, write down what you want to say in your Review message. For example, you can ask them to place a review in TripAdvisor and Google
5. Then, click on the SAVE button.
