You can make use of the following formatting guidelines to create your chatbot messages.
Starting to create your Chatbot Messages
1. Go to your menu and click on “Chatbot”
2. Your Chatbot messages dashboard will appear.
3. To create a Chatbot message, go to "New Chatbot Response" button.
4. Let's say you would like to have an automated response for every time you receive the classic question: "Where is the meeting point?". Here is an example of how you can set up your "Pickup" reply.
You can attach files or pictures, for example you could send to them a picture of how it looks the meeting point.
The file can not weigh more than 3 MB.
Don't forget to click on "SAVE" when you are ready.
