The current Knowledge Base article details the process to deactivate a user and their phone number so that they do not receive any messages.



Solution

1. Go to your menu and click on "Chat"



2. You can search for the customer by typing the phone number in the filter and then click on the "..." icon and the option to deactivate conversations will appear.




3. On the next screen, you can confirm the action to deactivate the chat.



4. You can reactivate the conversations by clicking on "Activate" and confirming the action.
