Solution
1. Go to https://app.touropp.com/login and log in with your credentials.
2. Click on the pencil button on the message you want to edit, on either the "Automated Messages" section or the "Chatbot":
3. Put the cursor in the place where you want to add the emoji and click on the face button above the text area, then click on the emoji you want to add.
4. Click the "Save" orange button.
