You can make use of the current Knowledge Base article to create a message to ask your customers to evaluate their experience during the tour.
Solution
1. Go to https://app.touropp.com/login and log in with your credentials.
2. Click on the "Automated Message" option on the main menu:
3. Click on the "New Automated Message" option:
4. The following window will appear. Fill in the fields with the following information:
- Title: It refers to the name of the notification template. Use a descriptive name like Social Media.
- Type: Select message
- Command: It refers to the intention the message has. Select @socialmedia.
- Moment: It refers to when do you want to send the automated message: Before, After, or During the activity. As it is a Social Media message, it should probably be sent either During or After the Activity is done.
- Time: Select the amount of time you want for your message to be sent within the Moment selected before.
- In the blank space, write down what you want to say in your Social Media message. For example, you can redirect your passengers to your Social Media accounts.
5. Then, click on the SAVE button.
6. The new template entry will be listed in the Automated Messages List. You can edit this message by clicking on the pencil button or customize it by clicking on the plus button to add it to a Product.
