The purpose of this article is to show you how to call your Customers from your own phone.



If you don’t want to chat through the dashboard but instead you want to call your customers from your own phone you can do it.



Solution


1. When you are in your account, click on the "Chat" area, located on the left side of your screen, below "Products".




2. At this point, you'll be able to see all interactions between the system and your clients, just like in the image below. 





3.  Remember, if there is a specific client that you'll like to look for, use the Search section, and type your customer's name or phone number.





4. You must click on the third button on the right, and your phone's calling application will open so you can communicate directly with your customers, using your own local minutes.
