The purpose of this article is to show you how to send Text messages from your own phone.



If you don’t want to chat through the dashboard but instead you want to text from your own phone you can do it.



Solution


1. When you are in your account, click on the "Chat" area, located on the left side of your screen, below "Products".




2. At this point, you'll be able to see all interactions between the system and your clients, just like in the image below. 





3.  Remember, if there is a specific client that you'll like to look for, use the Search section, and type your customer's name or phone number.





4. You must click on the second button on the right, next to the chatbot, the customer's phone number will appear and you can start texting with this customer from your own phone.





Remember that when you send text messages through the application, you will be using the number that TourOpp assigned to your account and through which the client has been receiving messages before, but if you want to do it from your phone for whatever reason you can do it through that button.
