The purpose of this article is to show you how to send messages through the New Chat.


Maybe you want to inform a customer about a forgotten item, or maybe you'd like feedback about a bad review or maybe you need to answer something the chatbot didn't understand?


Solution


1. When you are in your account, click on the "Chat" area, located on the left side of your screen, below "Products".




2. At this point, you'll be able to see all interactions between the system and your clients, just like in the image below. 





3.  Remember, if there is a specific client that you'll like to look for, use the Search section, and type your customer's name or phone number.





4. You must click on the chatbot button and then confirm the action to disable the chatbot and immediately you can get in contact with the customer and start a personalized conversation. 




5. Write the message you want to send to the customer and you can hit enter or click on the button in the lower right corner to send the message



6. It's recommended to turn the chatbot back on, that way if a customer asks a question, the chatbot can answer again. For this we must follow the same steps:

Click on the chatbot button and then confirm the action to start the chatbot.
