The purpose of this article is to show you how to see the conversations between your customers and the system.



Solution


1. When you are in your account, click on the "Chat" area, located on the left side of your screen, below "Products".




2. At this point, you'll be able to see all interactions between the system and your clients, just like in the image below. 




3. Remember, if there is a specific customer that you'd like to look for, use the Search section, and type your customer's name or phone number.





If it is the case that there are many conversations and when you type the name or number, you cannot find the conversation you want, you should scroll down until you get closer to the date on which your client made the booking.
