The purpose of this article is to show you how to see the conversations between your clients and the system



Solution


1. When you are in your account, click on the "Chat" area, located on the left side of your screen, below "Products".




2. At this point, you'll be able to see all interactions between the system and your clients, just like in the image below. 




3. Remember, if there is a specific client that you'll like to look for, use the Search section, type your customer's name or the confirmation number.
