The purpose of this article is to cover what happens if your account exceeds the number of messages from your plan. If this is happening to you, we have 2 solutions for you.

1. Consider upgrading your plan. Our subscription plans are the following:



Depending on the number of messages on average that you are sending per month, look out what is the best plan that best fits your needs.



2. Depending on the subscription plan that you have contracted, extra messages have an extra cost. 

  • Starter plan: Extra messages billed at $0.05 USD
  • Pro Plan: Extra messages billed at $0.045 USD
  • Ultimate Plan: Extra messages billed at $0.04 USD
