The current Knowledge Base article details the process of finding, seeing and downloading the invoices that have been generated from your TourOpp GO! subscriptions.
Solution
1. Go to https://www.go.touropp.com//manage-subscription and enter your email address, then click Continue.
2. You'll get an email with a one-time passcode that you'll have to enter in the next screen, then click on Login:
3. On the next screen, click on Billing History:
4. On this screen you will be able to see all the payments done related to your account and you can click on Download to get the PDF version of that invoice.
