This Knowledge Base article explains what could happen if your client does not receive the messages.



If your customer doesn't receive your messages, it could be for the following reason: 



- The phone number it's not right: Could be the case that one customer doesn't put their country code on their phone number. Without the country code, the system can't recognize the number and therefore, and therefore will not send the messages. Verify the phone number in the booking.
