Once a Message is creadted the name can not be changed. If you want to change a name for any reason, you need to delete the message and create a new one on the following process.
Starting to create your Automated Messages
1. Go to your menu and click on “Automated Message”.
2. To create an automated message, go to the "New Automated Message" button.
3. Fill out the information according to your needs.
4. Example N°1: Let's create a Reminder (Type: Message).
Step 1: Type.
You are going to choose "message"
Step 2: Command.
Select the command regarding your action, in this case, this is a "reminder", so the command should be a @reminder.
Step 3: Moment.
When it is going to trigger this message? You can choose if it's going to be After / Before / During the activity.
Step 4: Time and Quantity.
You can choose the time, for example, this reminder was set in terms of "Days". There is also "Hours" and "Minutes".
