Solution

TourOpp GO multi-language feature translates all the messages to the customer's phone number area code. It means, it does not matter if you write the messages in your native language or other because the customer will receive them in the official language corresponding to his phone number's dialing code.


That being said, we find that the automatic translation features usually works better if it's originally written in plain and simple English.
